1. Classic Jet Tours acts as a tour organizer
The flight itself is operated by the respective airline (the carrier) which provides aircraft, crew, insurance, airline certificate, etc. Classic Jet Tours and the carrier have the right to cancel or postpone flights due to technical problems, higher force (strikes, weather etc.) or other reasons such as not granted or revoked flight permissions even with short notice. In the event of a cancelled flight, all funds paid will be fully refunded, without further liability. Classic Jet Tours also has the right to cancel flights if the minimum number of bookings has not been reached. Unless otherwise noted, seat allocation takes place either at check-in or onboard the aircraft (open seating).
